Booking Process

Requests to amend or modify a booking are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees or charges. Amendments to bookings must be requested in writing and confirmed by us in order to be valid. Our liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from your booking or participation in a tour or travel service booked through our website is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of goodwill.
